Department of Business Development
The TC ASCR realises activities in the area of support for innovation and technology transfers. These activities are aided by the TC’s participation in the pan-European Enterprise Europe Network whose activities are coordinated by the TC ASCR in the Czech Republic through a project financed by the European Commission and the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. The primary mission of the network is to support entrepreneurship and innovation, especially in small and medium businesses in order to improve their competitiveness.
Main activities
- Searching for new contacts within and outside the EU for business and technological cooperation
- Assessment of the innovative potential of companies and assistance with technology transfers
- Identification of research results and technologies with market potential
- Provision of information regarding possibilities of business development financing
- Searching for partners for joint research and development
- Consulting on intellectual property issues
- Publication of the Enterprise Europe Network CR electronic newsletter
