(born in 1973 Rakovník)
In 1999, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia. She has been continuously with the Institute of the State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences, involved chiefly in civil and family law, within the Institute´s Section of Private Law. She has participated in several grant projects awarded by the Visegrad Fund.
Member of the international editorial board of the journal The Lawyer Quarterly. She is in charge of the Institute´s publishing acitvities which involve printed books, e-books and the journal Právník (Lawyer). Since 2010 she has been presiding the Council of the Institute. Within the Framework of the Academy of Sciences, she records several past and present positions like branch commission of the Grant Agency, the Editorial Council, and recently the Academy Council.
