CE 2 is IOCB home-made device a manually operated analyzer with PC-based data acquisition and evaluation (Clarity station, Dataapex, Prague, CR). It allows to perform all basic modes of
capillary electromigration techniques: zone electrophoresis, isotachophoresis, isoelectric focusing, affinity electrophoresis, electrokinetic chromatography and electrochromatography.
Detectors: home-made photometric detector operating at fixed wavelength 206 nm (high-frequency excited electrodeless discharge lamp,
interference filter, Si-photodiode).
