Research interests:

Photonic crystals, calculation of the photonic band structure, metamaterials, random systems, Bose-Einstein condensate, optical lattices, matter wave solitons, semiconductor physics - electronic band structure of defects in semiconductors.

• Integrated non-reciprocal photonic crystals based on the two-dimensional magnetooptical photonic crystals
• Optical properties of photonic crystals fabricated from nonlinear and magnetic metamaterials
• Propagation of Electromagnetic Waves in Dispersive and Absorptive Periodic and Randomly Disordered Systems and Magnetic Field Effects on Photonics Band Structures
