Requirements:

• PhD degree in astronomy and astrophysics
• Post-doctoral stay in a research institution abroad
• Demonstrated research activity in solar physics

Preferential qualifications:

• Physics of the solar corona and flares
• Spectrocopy and plasma diagnostics
• Magnetic-field topology and modeling
• Experience in university teaching

The starting date of the position is January 1, 2015. Salary will be based on the domestic level and it includes health insurance in the Czech Republic.
