Prof. Chomsky’s lecture in Prague - registration is required

The Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences would like to announce that professor Avram Noam Chomsky (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) will be lecturing on the theme "What Can We Understand?" on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the main building of the Academy of Sciences, Národní 3, Praha 1. On this occasion we will be awarding prof. Chomsky an honorary medal of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic De scientia et humanitate optime meritis. IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION: In consideration of the high interest in prof. Chomsky's talk, registration is required for attendees.
