Post-Doctoral Fellows

Jan Novotný is a Marie Curie Post-doctoral Research Fellow at Cass Business School in London, UK, after completing a shorter fellowship at Manchester Business School. Before joining CERGE-EI in 2007, he completed a MSc in Experimental Nuclear Physics at the Czech Technical University (ČVUT). He continued his doctoral-level research path in Nuclear Physics while also doing his initial coursework at CERGE-EI in economics; he also worked as a Teaching Assistant in Nuclear Physics between 2005-2011. Jan defended his PhD dissertation, titled "Essays on the Effective Market Dynamics" in February of 2012.
