CERGE-EI Participates in The Week of Science and Technology
October 13, 2014
The Week of Science and Technology, organized by the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (1-15 November 2014), is the most extensive science festival in the Czech Republic. The program offers more than 500 events all over the Czech Republic. For more information visit www.tydenvedy.cz
CERGE-EI offers the following public events:
1) Open House
You are invited to visit the historic premises of Schebek palace – the seat of CERGE-EI. Register for our Open House on Friday 14th November to enjoy a guided tour.

Time: 9.00 - 10.00am and 12.00noon – 1.00pm

2) Economic Experiment
Did you know that economic experiments can yield interesting insights into human decision making? You can try an economic experiment out on November 6th.
Participants will perform a computerized memory test and then play interesting strategic "guessing games." The instructor will explain the nature of the tasks, why such experiments are important for research purposes and, more generally, how they inform us about human decision making.
