Annotation:
The main objective of the project called Research and Development of New Generation of High Energy, Diode Pumped lasers for Applications is to build two highly qualified new research teams led by excellent scientists from prestigious foreign scientific research institutions focused on laser technology and related fields (LULI-Ecole Polytechnique, France, Gigaphoton/ Waseda University, Japan). The activities of both research teams will contribute to the transfer of unique know-how in laser technologies towards target groups of scientific and research staff, PhD and undergraduate students working in institutions outside the capital city Prague.

Knowledge transfer will be realized through seminars/workshops and professional excursions that will be organized. Realized activities play significant role in building expertise in the laser centre HiLASE (project HiLASE: New lasers for industry and research).
