The staff at Information can, in addition to handling inquiries of a general nature, also help search for a requested title or subject literature and check its availability in the collection of the Academy of Sciences Library. Please address your inquiries to:

Ask the library

The Academy of Sciences Library is one of more than sixty Czech libraries engaged in the project “Ask the Library”. This project, designed for the general public, aims to answer questions primarily about Czech and foreign biographic information in all fields. Answers to questions are sent to the inquirer by e-mail within two working days and contain factographic information and basic details about related literature.
