In November 2012, the CVVM survey focused on expectations concerning the future of the personal life of citizens, the future of the Czech society and the future of the whole humankind. The majority was optimistic about their own future (54%), but only 31% of informants were optimistic about the Czech society and about the future of the humankind. Besides that respondents had to assess menace impact of selected groups in the Czech Republic and they were also expressing views on threats by war, epidemics, natural disasters, economic crisis or resource crisis.
