This department is in charge of all activities related to procurement and to the inventory of the acquisitions connected to the projects funded under the RDIOP and ECOP. The department is responsible for the coordination, preparation and implementation of tender procedures and purchasing, of the subsequent control of contract execution, of storage and logistics operations, of supply management and customs issues. As such, the department is a strategic contact point with all technological suppliers. The department is also responsible for setting up and optimizing all related processes and procedures and for checking their implementation within the organization.
