CZECHOSLOVAK MATHEMATICAL JOURNAL publishes original research papers of high scientific quality in mathematics. Although under a new title, the present Journal is a continuation of the renowned Casopis pro pestovani mathematiky a fysiky founded in 1872. The fact that the editors wish to continue and maintain the tradition of our old journal is emphasized by the fact that the numbering of the volumes has not been changed, e.g. 54(129). The journal is published quarterly in issues containing 272 pages each. Manuscripts of papers intended for publication should be prepared according to the instructions for authors and sent as described under submission of manuscripts.
