Institute of Photonics and Electronics hereby announces a new open position in accorance with the Act no. 283/1992 Coll. of the Czech Academy of Sciences, as amended by Act no. 420/2005 Coll. and CAS Statutes selection on the procedure to recruit specialist research and development scientists fot he team of Optical Biosensors.
Requirements:
- University (BSc.) degree in chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, biotechnology or related fields,
- experience in a bioanalytical, biochemical or molecular biology laboratory,
- knowledge of bioanalytical methods (affinity biosensors, ELISA, etc.)
- active English
Job description:
- functionalization of surfaces sensors and characterization of functional surfaces (using surface plasmon resonance - SPR, optical spectroscopy methods, etc.)
- design and optimization of detection processes, implementation and evaluation of gained experimental data
