Ondrej Kopacek is postdoctoral researcher at Prague site of the Astronomical Institute of the Academy of Sciences (group of Relativistic Astrophysics), since January 2012. In his PhD Thesis (obtained from Charles University in Prague in September 2011) he has studied mechanisms of acceleration of electrically charged particles near magnetized rotating black holes, including the effects of collimation and the transition from regular to chaotic motion.
