The metabolism unit is an integral part of the comprehensive phenotyping platform of the Czech Centre for Phenogenomics (CCP – www.phenogenomics.cz) at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic in Prague and will deal with the description and analysis of metabolic function in mouse and rat models.
