Popularity of Top Politicians - May 2015

In May 2015 CVVM SOÚ AV ČR investigated whether respondents trust to selected top politicians. They were given a list with 27 names of top politicians. In a survey there were included names of membres of Parliament, president, chairmen of Senate and Chamber of Deputies, leaders of political parties in Parliament and chief of Constitutional Court.

Party Preferences and Voting Model in May 2015

In May survey CVVM investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: Party preference and a model of voting behaviour.
Party preferences give us information about public sympathy with political Parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in  elections or they do not knot who to vote for.

Satisfaction with conditions of living at the place of residence – April 2015

In April, the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on satisfaction with life in the locality in general and selected living conditions close to their home. 73% of Czechs are satisfied with living conditions in their place of residence, 7% are dissatisfied and 20% are "neither satisfied, nor dissatisfied".

According to the April survey of the Public Opinion Research Centre, 35% of people evaluate the current economic situation in the Czech Republic as bad, 41% view it as neither good nor bad, and 23% consider it to be good.

Evaluation of European Integration - April 2015

Part of April survey of CVVM was the topic of European integration. Two batteries of questions were included into the survey. One focused on the view, whether the values of democracy, equality, cooperation, tolerance, justice and solidarity are applied in the European Union. The second one concerned the opinion on usefulness or harmfulness of European integration in the areas of economy, politics, culture, defence and ecology. Apart from these two batteries we also asked questions, whether respondents believe that decisions made in EU are in accordance with interests of the Czech Republic and with their own personal interests.
