We are pleased to announce that Štěpán Jurajda has been appointed Professor by Charles University. The ceremony of appointing new professors will be held on December 18, 2014 in the historic Great Assembly Hall of the Karolinum, Ovocný trh 3-5, Prague 1.

Beginning 1 January 2015, CERGE-EI PhD graduate Kamil Galuščák will become the Executive Director of the Czech National Bank’s Economic Research Department.
