Alumni Profiles

Fusako Tsuchimoto Menkyna is a Junior Economist in the OECD Department of Economics in the Office of the Chief Economist. She entered the CERGE-EI program in 2004 after earning a degree in Law from Tokyo University in Japan. While working on her dissertation, she also worked as a Research Fellow from mid-2009 at the Charles University Environment Center. Her fields of interest are Public Economics, Political Economy, Law and Economics, and Environmental Economics. She defended her thesis, titled "Essays on Social Institutions and Economics" in August 2012. She began her work at the OECD in early 2013.
