Annotation:

The main objective of the project ELI Beamlines Top Management (Top ELI) is through the transfer of know -how of experienced managers, creating a quality team to support the execution of research and development activities within the Centre of Excellence ELI Beamlines and create sufficient potential for development and quality growth. The successful implementation of a project of this magnitude undoubtedly depends on the corresponding capacity of human resources, both in terms of building physical infrastructure and the preparation and implementation of unique scientific experiments and usage of the built infrastructure . The transfer of know -how from similar unique centers from abroad is the only way to effectively reduce the risk of the failure of these efforts . Through highly experienced managers the know- how will be transfered to the realization and the research teams, setting the appropriate structures and all necessary processes that enable successful implementation and operational phase of the ELI Beamlines Center.
