We have constructed the library in collaboration with Prof. Tamas Lelley (IFA, Tulln). The library construction was funded by a research grant awarded to our Laboratory (Czech Science Foundation no. 521/04/0607) and the library is being used by Dr. Kornel Burg (ARC, Seibersdorf) to develop physical map of rye chromosome arm 1RS. Please, contact our Laboratory director Dr. Jaroslav Doležel and Dr. K. Burg to discuss the use of the library in your research and to receive a copy of the library from us. Please, note that we require that our research staff involved in the library construction is included as co-authors on any publication arising from using this genomic resource.
