Agilent 7100 CE analyzer allows to perform all modes of capillary electromigration techniques: zone electrophoresis, isotachophoresis, isoelectric focusing, affinity electrophoresis,
electrokinetic chromatography and electrochromatography. Detector: spectrophotometric diode array detector (190-600 nm). Injection system: automatic hydrodynamic or electrokinetic.
Separation compartment: fused silica capillary, id/od 25-100/360 µm, total/effective length 30-100/20-90 cm; capillary is placed in the cartridge with liquid thermostatization at 10-60 °C.

CE 2 is IOCB home-made device a manually operated analyzer with PC-based data acquisition and evaluation (Clarity station, Dataapex, Prague, CR). It allows to perform
all basic modes of capillary electromigration techniques: zone electrophoresis, isotachophoresis, isoelectric focusing, affinity electrophoresis, electrokinetic chromatography and
electrochromatography. Detectors: home-made photometric detector operating at fixed wavelength 206 nm (high-frequency excited electrodeless discharge lamp, interference filter, Si-photodiode).
