Journals

The current journal collection consists primarily of leading foreign economic journals, Czech economic journals, and newspapers. The journal collection is searchable from the library catalog.

Most of the journals are subscribed in electronic form and are accessible via LAN (and via remote access for CERGE-EI members). Recent issues of printed journal collection are arranged alphabetically in the Reading Room. Older issues are deposited in the stock room and may be obtained by request at the circulation desk.  

Apart from individually subscribed journal titles, the Library provides access to hundreds of full-text online journals. You can browse/search for these journals via Charles University E-journals portal.

An essential part of the journal collection was funded through the USAID program 2006-2010, and 2012-2014.
