Research interest
  • The physical implications of the structure of solutions.
  • Unifying Molecular Dynamics and Neutron Scattering and NMR spectroscopy techniques for the examination of aqueous systems.
  • The role of ions in biological systems (ion channels, the structural mechanism of the Hofmeister Series etc.
  • Development of new techniques of neutron scattering.
  • Determination of solute-solute structure in solutions near the miscibility limit, and their analogies to supercritical states.
