Topic	Nucleoside and nucleotide analogues with novel types of unnatural bases

Abstract	Novel unnatural nucleobases and the corresponding nucleoside and nucleotide analogues will be synthesized and their biological properties studied. Such novel nucleotide analogues can be subsequently incorporated into oligonucleotides or nucleic acids for further evaluation of their properties and applications in chemical biology.
