Renáta is currently employed as an Equity Anayst at Ceska Sporitelna, Erste Group in Prague, where she specializes on equity strategies for the equity market on the CEE region.

Before joining CERGE-EI, Renáta obtained Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of New York in Prague. During her studies she had internships and worked as an Assistant at PwC, KPMG, and The Office of the Government of the Czech Republic. In 2014 Renáta was a leader of the team which won the Czech national round of the CFA Institute Research Challenge.
