The conference H2020-TEERA took place in Pague

Technology Centre ASCR in cooperation with the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports and Slovak organizations for research and development held the conference The EU HORIZON 2020 Programme and Teaming for Excellence in the European Research Area 2013 ( H2020 - TEERA ) from October 17th to 18th 2013 in Prague. The conference followed by a series of ten previous conferences Czech Days for European Research .

The conference was to launch the new Framework Programme Horizon 2020 ( H2020 ) focused on the possibility of cooperation between our teams (or teams from new EU member states) with teams from leading European scientific and research institutions that support the initiative published in January 2013 in the document Teaming for excellence - Building high quality research across Europe through partnership.

Among the speakers who covered the structure of the future Framework Programme H2020 and the possibilities of collaboration of teams from the Czech Republic with excellent European institutions, were also important representatives of the European Commission - Máire Geoghegan - Quinn , Commissioner for Research , Innovation and Science , and Wolfgang Burtscher, Deputy Director-General Directorate General for Research and Innovation EC.
