RNDr. Vladislav Čadil, Ph.D.

Vladislav Čadil specialises in evaluation of research and innovation policies and programmes, and regional dimension of innovation processes. He has been involved in many national as well as international projects in this field. As for international projects he worked e.g. on the LocoMotive project, focused on R&D localization factors of MNEs; the OMEN project, aimed at design of the evaluation methodology for regional innovation strategies; or the Regional Innovation Monitor project dealing with evaluation of regional innovation policies. Results of national studies have been used for the reform of the RDI system, setting-up of strategic and programming documents and knowledge transfer systems at research institutions.

Before joining Technology Centre in September 2005, he worked as a specialist for the EU cohesion policy and structural funds at the Central Bohemia Regional Authority.

He holds a PhD in regional and political geography from the Charles University in Prague.
