Mgr. Lenka Hebáková

Lenka Hebakova works in the Technology Centre ASCR since May 2005 in the Strategic Studies Department, where she deals with technology assessment, smart specialisation strategy (S3) issues, EU Structural Funds projects and analysis in the area of research, development and innovation. She was the country correspondent for the ERAWATCH Network and Inno-Policy TrendChart projects for the Czech Republic in 2007-2011. She was based in the Czech Liaison Office for Research and Development (CZELO) in Brussels in 2009. She is the project manager of the PACITA project from April 2011.

L. Hebakova graduated from West European Studies on the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague. In 2002, she studied on the Sciences Po University in Paris. In 2003-2005 she was a project manager of the Operational Programme Human Resources Development at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the CR. She passed an internship in Skelleftea, Sweden, on the active employment policy and lifelong learning. She speaks English, French and German fluently.
