Jiří KotoučekJiří Kotouček works at Technology Centre ASCR in the Information for Research Department and he is a national contact point (NCP) for legal issues of the Framework Programme Horizon 2020. His main areas of specialization are Intellectual Property Law, Open Access to scientific data and contracts issues.

Before joining Technology Centre he worked as a legal trainee. He focused on Commercial Law and public procurement. He graduated from Faculty of Law, Masaryk University Brno.
