Czech technology will increase safety of Russian helicopters’ engines
Czech company AURA, a.s., which develops and manufactures various instruments for vibration diagnostics and monitoring of machines, has signed licensing agreement with the Russian company ZAO KGM AVIA regarding vibration diagnostics for helicopter engines.
AURA, a.s. is the largest producer of instruments for vibration diagnostics and monitoring of machines operation in the Czech Republic. The important position vindicates for AURA a.s. especially the fact, that the most of crucial components including vibration sensors is of their own production. The comparable volume create deliveries of technologies control systems and industrial automation. They are produced in practice both of deliveries of complete major systems and of independent control boxes productions. Own development capabilities of AURA, a.s. also permit to offer special sensors for measurement and automation developed on customers requests as turn-key solutions.
Benefits for AURA, a.s. were numerous: developing relations with a client from Russia, license contract and successful establishment in a promising new market. Benefit for ZAO KGM AVIA is acquiring state-of-the-art technology for their clients in Russian aerospace industry.
AURA, a.s. is client of Technology Centre ASCR for more then 3 years. Technology Centre ASCR representative assisted to AURA, a.s. with information support regarding funding and mutual project opportunities from EU Structural Funds and Czech national funds for R&D. Technology Centre ASCR representative also carried out Company Visit and Technology Assessment in AURA, a.s. Technology Centre ASCR representatives also assisted to AURA, a.s. during brokerage events and also assisted with settlement of AURA, a.s. in the business incubator in Prague, which has been co-established by the Technology Centre ASCR.
