Development of analytical methods, alternative approaches in imaging of biological samples (MALDI imaging) chromatographic and mass spectrometric methods for identification of natural compounds [GC-EIMS, GC-CIMS, GC×GC-TOFMS (LECO Pegasus), MALDI-TOFMS, HPLC-MS, HPLC-UV, Semi-preparative HPLC, Column chromatography], proteomics, metbolomics, molecular biology (DNA extraction, Gel electrophoresis, PCR), and statistics.
