Tomáš Kadlec is currently CEO of BNP Paribas Cardif (Czech Republic). Before taking on that position, he worked as Business Development Director at DIRECT Pojišťovna in Prague. His PhD dissertation, defended in 2002, was titled "A Dynamic Model of Consumers' Random Choice with Applications to the TV Market". After finishing his PhD degree, he worked as a Project Manager at McKinsey & Company's Prague office. Prior to starting his PhD studies, Tomáš earned a Master's degree in Mathematics from Charles University in Prague.
