The H2O20 TEERA conference  launched the HORIZON 2020 programme in the Czech Republic  with special focus on forming high quality consortia needed to successfully solve the demanding projects of the HORIZON 2020 Programme. The conference was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic and was supported by the Max Planck Society.

The  organizers were the  Technology Centre of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (TC ASCR) and  the Slovak Organization for Research and Development Activities(SOVVA).
