Research interest |
In general, my research interest includes combining molecular dynamics with bioinformatics and chemoinformatics approaches and applying it to:
- understanding processes of biological membranes such as calcium mediated membrane fusion;
- mechanism of globular and membrane proteins;
- design of drug delivery carriers;
- exploring drug-membrane interactions and their significance;
- novel drug discovery strategies.
