Filosofický časopis was founded in 1953, and since 1990 it has been a peer-reviewed scholarly periodical listed in international citation databases.

International Review of Comenius Studies and Early Modern Intellectual History
An international scholarly journal for research on the work of J. A. Comenius and the intellectual history of early modern era. It continues the work of the journal Archiv pro bádání o životě a díle J. A. Komenského (Archive for Investigations into the Life and Work of J. A. Comenius), which was founded in 1910. Acta Comeniana publishes original articles as well as archival source material and reviews relating to a broad range of themes, including the history of philosophy, of ideas, of science, of literature, and of religion from the 16th to 18th centuries.

Organon F

A journal oriented toward analytic philosophy. In addition to articles in the fields of ontology, the theory of knowledge, the philosophy of language, the philosophy of mind, and analytic theories of action, the journal also publishes contributions to philosophical debates about mathematics, logic, natural and social sciences, as well as occasional analytic work in the fields of semiotics, ethics, aesthetics, social philosophy, the history of philosophy, and logic. To a lesser extent the journal also provides space for technical yet philosophically interesting articles in the philosophy of logic and the methodology of science.
