In occations of 80^th birthday anniversary of Antonín Holý the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, organizes the memorial conference. The IOCB is proud to honor the life and work of Antonín Holý (1936 – 2012), a pioneering Czech chemist a leading figure on the development of important antiretroviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV and hepatitis B.
