organization details


  • The conference is scheduled for three days.


  • The lectures will start on 21, at 9.00 a.m. and will finish on 23.
  • The arrival day is 20.
  • The conference will include about ten (40 minutes) talks scheduled for the three morning sessions.
  • Further contributions (20 or 30 minutes talks and posters) will be presented during the afternoon sessions.
  • A total of about 60-80 scientists from all over the world is expected to attend the conference.


  • Accommodation:

    1. Most of the participants will be accommodated at the Hotel near Zhejiang University.
      There are two categories of rooms available at the Hotel:
    2. Single room it has one big bed. (about 50 dollar per night)
    3. Single room it has two beds. (about 40 dollar per night, and so 20 dollar per night per person)


  • Registration:

    will open in due time.
    The registration fee for a participants is expected in the range of 100-150 US dollars.
    It should cover the conference materials, morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference and the social programme.


  • Expected Social Events

    On June 24th we plan to arrange a visit of Hangzhou and/or a boat trip on the West Lake of Hangzhou.
