Compounds with pentafluorosulfanyl (SF5) groups display unique physicochemical properties, however access to them is very limited and their reactivity has not been systematically studied. The aim of the project is the preparation of new (pentafluorosulfanyl)benzene derivatives from easily accessible starting compounds and investigations of their reacivity.
