Topic	Novel heterocyclic derivatives as lipid and protein kinase inhibitors

Abstract	Lipid and protein kinases represent important molecular targets for advanced therapeutics with a wide range of indications. The project will be focused on rational design and synthesis of novel inhibitors of phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase, which may serve as potential therapeutics against various types of solid tumors, viral infections or neurodegenerative diseases.
