Research interest
Current projects: Membranes and lipids of living cells, trans-membrane potential and neural signal. Interaction of lipid membranes with proteins, ions, and water. Proteins and peptides in solution, conformational analysis and folding. High performance computing, parallelization, and acceleration. Past projects: Enzymatic reactions of GTPase EF-Tu, ribosomal cofactor, and the mechanism of translation. Force field parameterization, parameters for transition metals. Adsorption of nanoparticles on clay intercalates.
