  • 2004-2011: Palacký University in Olomouc, Philosophical Faculty, Ph.D. degree in philosophy.
  • 1998-2004: Palacký University in Olomouc, Philosophical Faculty, MA degree in sociology and philosophy.
Field of specialisation: 
  • epistemology of the social sciences and humanities and its relation to sociology
  • hermeneutics, phenomenology
  • theory of action
  • analysis of decision-making processes related to the siting of deep geological repository of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste in the Czech Republic
  • sociology of public opinion.
Teaching activities: 
  • Since 2013: lecturer at the Department of Sociology, Charles University, Faculty of Arts.
  • Since 2013: lecturer at the private university Unicorn College.
