"Connecting academia, commerce and government to shape our future with distributed energy resources and storage"

Distributed Energy Resources and Storage is a collaborative workshop involving scientists, power industry leaders and government officials to outline the future and role of distributed energy resources and storage solutions in ensuring secure energy and to discuss the promising topics for research into the same.

The workshop seeks to present ideas, examples, and projects related to experience with distributed energy resources and storage with a strong emphasis on promoting national awareness and inspiring action towards solving emerging problems. Through this event we hope to present promising research themes and technologies and challenge the attendees to discuss the feasibility of the technologies and trends for the future.

The workshop is sponsored by the STRATEGY AV21 initiative of the Czech Academy of Sciences and is organized by the Institute of Thermomechanics of the CAS, v. v. i.
