HydroCarbLi

HydroCarbLi helps to interpret MALDI mass spectra of hydrocarbon mixtures ionized with lithium. The software calculates possible composition from an ion exact mass. Results are scored based on relative error. The software considers either ⁶Li or ⁷Li adducts.
