- 2004-2011: Palacký University in Olomouc, Philosophical Faculty, Ph.D. degree in philosophy.
- 1998-2004: Palacký University in Olomouc, Philosophical Faculty, MA degree in sociology and philosophy.
Field of specialisation:
- epistemology of the social sciences and humanities and its relation to sociology
- hermeneutics, phenomenology
- theory of action
- analysis of decision-making processes related to the siting of deep geological repository of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste in the Czech Republic
- sociology of public opinion.
Teaching activities:
- Since 2013: lecturer at the Department of Sociology, Charles University, Faculty of Arts.
- Since 2013: lecturer at the private university Unicorn College.
- 2004-2007: specialised courses in hermeneutics and theory of action at the Department of philosophy, Palacký University, Olomouc.
