In February 2017 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was a question about their trust to the Chambers of Parliament, the President, the Government, and Local and Regional Councils.

A third (33%) of people believe that for the income of their household they can buy or pay less than a year ago, 53% believe that the real income of their households is about the same as a year before, and 11% of respondents said that their real income during the last year has increased.

In January 2017, citizens of the Czech Republic evaluated how satisfied they are with the situation in 29 selected areas of public life.

In February survey Public Opinion Research Centre investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: Party preference and a model of voting behaviour.

In January 2017 Public Opinion Research Centre included a block of questions connected to Czech president. Questions focused mainly on position of president towards parliament, his involvement in international politics and the system of presidential election in the Czech Republic.

January survey made an inquiry into attitudes of citizens towards constitutional competencies of a president. Questions in the survey concerned the range of presidential competencies in general and also with regard to several particular competencies such as granting of amnesty or stopping a lawsuit, dismissing the Chamber of Deputies and refusing the law passed by the parliament.

In January 2017 Public Opinion Research Centre carried out a survey about NATO. Within the project were examined satisfaction with membership in NATO.

In January 2017 Public Opinion Research Centre included a block of questions connected to NATO and defense of Czech Republic in general. Questions focused mainly on position of the Czech Republic between other states, its possibilities of defense against potential threat.

Since February 1997 CVVM has been examined what people think about the economic standard of our country compared to nine other European countries.

In December 2016, respondents had to assess security threats related to selected groups in the Czech Republic and they were also expressing views on threats by war, epidemics, natural disasters, economic crisis or resource crisis. These two questions were amended with an open question trying to find out, what are their current fears.
