Research interests
quantitative gene expression analysis of GCPII and its homologs (using qRT-PCR, ELISA, immuno-PCR etc.) in both healthy and malignant tissues alternative splicing, especially searching for novel GCPII splice variants in prostate cancer and subsequent characterization of their protein products
