Prof. Pavel Hobza awarded the Schrödinger medal 2017
Prof. Pavel Hobza (IOCB Prague) was awarded the WATOC Schrödinger medal for 2017. The medal is given by the World Association of Theoretical and Computational Chemists (WATOC) each year to one outstanding theoretical and computational chemist.
Since 1987 the medal was awarded to two Nobel prize winners, John A. Pople and William Lipscomb, and to Josef Michl (IOCB Prague), too.
