Electromigration Methods

Research and development of theory, instrumentation and methodology of high-performance capillary and free-flow electromigration methods in a free solution: zone electrophoresis, isotachophoresis, affinity electrophoresis, isoelectric focusing, electrokinetic chromatography and open-tubular electrochromatography. Application of these methods to separation, qualitative and quantitative analysis, preparative purification and physico-chemical and biochemical characterization of amino acids, peptides, proteins, nucleotides, nucleosides and other biomolecules.
