Research interest
Molecular dynamics simulations of allosteric effects of ions and neurotransmitters on the insulin hexamer structure. Also ab initio studies of nucleic acid components, especially nucleotides. The main interest is their photoionization in the aqueous environment and how it differs from the gas phase.
